Motor Warranty Information
Mean Screens is proud to offer a 5 manufacturers warranty on the replacement of motors and electrical components used on installed retractable, motorized screens and storm shutters.
If any parts fail due to any manufacturer's defects under normal use, we will replace these parts within the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. Any replacement needed after 1 year will only incur a standard service call for labor.
For motorized products, warranties vary. Please ask us for more information on specific products you are interested in.
This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, self-installs or re-installs, or any outside force not associated with a manufacturer's defect.
