Mean Screens is proud to offer a 5-Year manufacturers warranty on all rolling and retractable motorized security shutters.
If the slats fail due to any manufacturer's defects under normal use, we will replace the slats with the same or as close a match as provided by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser.
Any replacement needed after 1 year will only incur a standard service call for labor.

This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, misuse, self-installs or re-installs, modifications, or any outside force not associated with a manufacturer's defect.
