Mean Screens is proud to offer a LIFETIME manufacturers warranty on the replacement of motors and electrical components used on installed retractable, motorized screens and storm shutters featuring Tucson Rolling Shutters and Shades, Inc. products. 

If any parts fail due to any manufacturer's defects under normal use, we will replace these parts within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. Any replacement needed after 1 year will only incur a standard service call for labor.

For motorized products featuring Draper Inc or Alutech brands (ZipTex, etc), warranties vary. Please ask us for more information on specific products you are interested in. 

This warranty will not cover damage caused by Mother Nature, self-installs or re-installs, or any outside force not associated with a manufacturer's defect. 

Mean Screens is proud to offer a 5-Year manufacturers warranty on all rolling and retractable motorized security shutters featuring Tucson Rolling Shutters and Shades, Inc. products. 

If the slats fail due to any manufacturer's defects under normal use, we will replace the slats with the same or as close a match as provided by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. 

Any replacement needed after 1 year will only incur a standard service call for labor.

Mean Screens is proud to offer a 10-year manufacturers warranty on select Mermet fabrics installed on all retractable  and motorized screens. 

If the fabrics fail due to any manufacturer's defects under normal use, we will replace the fabric  with same or as close to a match as provided by the weaver. Select exterior fabrics include a 10 year NO FADE warranty. 

This warranty is active within the lifetime of the product as installed on original location and only for the original purchaser. Any replacement needed after 1 year will only incur a standard service call for labor.

Mermet fabrics are proudly featured on our motorized screen enclosures from Tucson Rolling Shutters and Shades, Inc. and interior & exterior screens offered by Draper, Inc. Our other product lines feature various warranties depending on use. Please inquire for specific product warranty information.
